Can not pick up water while inside water

when I am crawling in a 1x1 space to go mining in minecraft windows 10 edition I sometimes need to get out the hole and when I get back in my tunnel, i need to place water so i can swin into the tunnel. and when i get back in, i cant take the water source block back with my bucket while inside the water body. Pls solve this i cant go mining with this bug.

 

P.S can you please add trapdoor crawling into bedrock
