Can't opt out of Beta (1.15.0.8) my account is "bricked"

Hi all, 

After enrolling in the beta through 'XBox Insider Hub' I can't seem to opt out... even after following the instruction at the bottom of this page and waiting an hour:

Can anyone please help me remove the Beta? It's keeping me from playing with others and essentially "bricks" my account!
