bug in enchantment fortune 3

In minecraft pe when you break diamond minerals with an enchanted diamond peak with fortune 3 there is always 1 diamond, I put 128 diaman mineral blocks to check you and when I chopped it with the fortune peak 3 they left me 128 diamonds all the blocks
