The "Map Room" Achievement is Impossible to Complete Due to a Bug

There is a bug where at the very bottom right of the map there is one dot that wouldn't fill in no matter what. Even if you get as close as possible to the dot it still wouldn't fill in. It is also making getting the "Map Room" achievement impossible to complete because of that one dot.
