Beta cape disappears along with elytra when equipped

When the beta cape is equipped on the beta version 1.16.0.58 and on the 1.14.60 hotfix, and the elytra is equipped, they both turn invisible on the character model.

Another slight inconveinience is that when i get the beta cape on mobile, it doesnt show up on the cape menu on my xbox.
