Neather portal chunk glitch

Whenever I go to the neather, I get sent to a different portal and I get teleported back to a new portal. Also, when I get back to the overworld, some of the world is disappeared from the world untitling I reset minecraft. This is happening on Xbox one. Hope this can get fixed.
