Gold Ore Does Not Melt

I was playing survival and I put several gold ores to my furnace and then I put some spruce planks below it but nothing happened. I replaced the planks with some coal but again nothing changed. I tried the same thing on the blast furnace. However, it did not work. I restarted the game twice and then the computer. But, again, nothing. I tried in a new world in creative mode and when I saw it is not working at all, I took it's screenshot and now I am tellimg you this issue. Hope u can fix this bug. It does not let me craft netherite
