Random bugs found while playing the Windows 10 Beta...

Since there were numerous bugs I'll report them all here

• I cannot smelt gold, I'm not sure what the origins of this are but I can't smelt it.

• When I plant seeds of potatoes, carrots, beat roots, and wheat, there's a chance the crop will instantly grow to its last stage.

• Fortune doesn't work and doesn't give additional resources when mining coal, diamonds, or
  mined crops, etc... (I used only a diamond pick with fortune)

• Sometimes when you level up a villager's trading level, the villager will demote itself at the previous level it was until you trade with them again. (Sorry I can't get a screenshot! It only happens rarely and I cant recreate it... maybe you guys fixed it)
