GUI Scale Only "0" or "-1"

I am currently playing on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, and I only have two options when it comes to the GUI Scale: 0 and -1. I want to be able to increase the scale to 1 or 2, but I'm not able to. 0 is too small for my Note 8 screen.
