Wandering trader often loses his arms (for a couple of seconds)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a wandering trader
2. Move up close to the wandering trader multiple times

Observed Results:
The wandering trader's arms and animations sometimes disappear for a few seconds.

Expected Results:
The arms and animations should not disappear.

Original Description:
This bug most likely occurs when you slightly don't look at him. Luckily, I screenshoted his most part of the texture when he was glitched. It also happens when you look at him, but less often. When he loses his arms, his walking animation dissapears. This a-little disturbing and aslo annoying bug happened since 1.16.0.57 beta. Please fix it.
