Cursed Objects too common when fishing

after bieng in 1.16 bedrock beta,now that curses like "curse of binding" and "curse of vanishing" are added, when i go to loot chests,or when fishing up anything, almost everything has a curse on it!!! was it meant to be like this?

i can barely loot end cities now,because all the loot pretty much has curse of binding or vanishing on it...
