Syncing user data taking more than 30 minutes to load

I can’t get past the syncing user data screen and it’s taking more than 30 minutes to load. I restarted my Xbox and it still has me on that screen. Also once I clicked cancel it’s just the minecraft background menu. Please email me back as soon as possible. Thank you!
