Pillagers have stopped spawning at a pillager outpost because game was changed to peaceful for a few moments

When my girlfriend had changed the game mode to peaceful for a few minutes to build something after I switched it back to hard and the pillagers at my nearby pillager outpost stopped spawning, making it much harder for me to create a raid, making it much harder to get totems, better deals with my villagers, emeralds, and a little bit of fun combat, hoping that this will get fixed in the next update.
