Cant uninstall minecraft Beta

No matter what I do I cant uninstall minecraft beta, I'm just tryna cross play with my friends but I CANT because im in beta. I've tried every method and it will not go into regular minecraft. I tried xbox insider, i tried resetting my computer.. nothing. Still beta. Very disappointed being a avid player of minecraft java since 2015, I can't believe I spent money on MC windows 10 to play with my friends just to be let down. Please let me know how to uninstall beta. Thank u.
