Broken item mechanics

Blocks that are broken using pinston fly into random direction and sometimes fly through solid blocks. Item should not fly into the opposite direction the pinston is pushing and somehow get push through the back of the pinston. This may sound trivial but when you have shulker sorter and item just fly out and despawn. Not to mention it can cause lag to multiplayer world as more entities are created.
