Halo ring missing in the Halo Mash-up pack

I have recently bought the Halo Mash-up pack for my Xbox one and noticed that the halo does not appear in the skybox. the other planets appear fine but I feel like this is a major staple piece to this pack. I have tested it on a new and old world and it still hasn't appeared, not even on the Mash-up world.
