Marketplace error code 9

Fatal flaw with Marketplace/microsoft.

Error code -9 appears and then software is shutdown and won't allow any sort of trouble shooting. I have even tried to rebuy the game and completely reinstall using a DIFFERENT microsoft account, nothing works.
