Stuck in Minecraft Beta

Recently I decided to try the Minecraft RTX beta with my laptop capable of running the beta. After some playing around in the beta, I decided to unenroll from the beta to return to the regular version of Minecraft Windows 10. For two days, I have been unenrolled from the beta yet everytime I try and delete and redownload Minecraft, it is still in the beta version. Even after clearing Minecraft completely from my PC, I am still stuck in Minecraft beta. Is there someway to downgrade Minecraft manually?
