realm transfer world error

I had a 10 player realm but it expired so i made a new realm thats for 2 players and i wanted to tranfer the 10 player realm world onto my 2 player realm so i downloaded the world and put it onto my 2 player realm and it said unable to load world i tryed like 5 times and it wouldnt go into the realm but my world i was trying to put onto that was about 700 MB so now i payed for something i cant even use if i can get a refund or get this solved that would be awesome thank you my user is minecraftglamer
