Skin packs

okay so when i first downloaded the new bedrock for PS4 i went to change my skin and none of my stuff was there and the reason being was that all my packs where bought by my mums playstation account and i cant use them anymore can this be fixed so that thing bought by other accounts on playstation can be used by any other account on that same playstation
