Not Working!

So this was my first time ever buying Minecraft and I wanted to play multiplayer games like bedwars. When I downloaded the game it took me into the beta mode as I started. I kept trying to remove the beta for straight 2 hours and I kept failing. I would like someone to help me with this issue Please.
