I had a problem with Minecraft Playstation 4. After logging into my Microsoft account, I was told that I can’t play with my friends over the network because of the Microsoft account settings. Then I contacted Microsoft, but I was told that they cannot help with this problem. I decided to go to the Playstation, but there I got the same answer.
I was told that the problem is in Minecraft itself (I also tried to change the settings of the Microsoft account, namely age, but nothing happened). I also created a new Microsoft account, but Minecraft itself did not allow me to select this account. I also ask you not to throw links to Discord or other support methods, because there they will throw me a link to this site and so on in a circle. Thanks!
