I was in the end and i found an elecytra and was going to the ship killed all of the shulkers but out of nowhere i just died no fall no hunger it just sent me to the death screen

I was in the end and i found an elecytra and was going to the ship killed all of the shulkers but out of nowhere i just died no fall no hunger it just sent me to the death screen  so i lost 78 levels insane diamond armour all diamond gear totems of undying and other reallly important gear, is there any way i can get my stuff back because i dont want to cheat in our world where we grinded for it all
