Windows Store installer stuck in loop

When trying to install the Minecraft RTX beta, the installer on the Microsoft store is stuck in a loop. I already have Minecraft Win 10 installed, and from the XBOX insider application, I signed up for the beta.  It then directs me to the store, where the download loops.  Attempting to launch Minecraft will interrupt the download and starts the 1.14.60 version.
