Barrels don't open correctly / gets stuck open

Steps to reproduce with touch controls (from MCPE-89966)

1. Get a barrel and right click very fast
2. Swipe down/up very fast and you will see the barrel animation and the barrel will stay open

Steps to reproduce with mouse alone (from MCPE-97337)

1. Point at a block you cannot interact with.
2. Press and hold the right mouse button.
3. Move the pointer to the barrel.

Expected result

Barrel would not do its opening animation unless you open to view its contents. It would not do its opening animation when you swipe or drag over it.

Actual result

Barrel appears as open even though the GUI does not appear. You can clear this state by opening and closing the barrel normally.

Right clicking barrels too fast doesn't let you interact with their contents even if the audio plays and the texture displays it as open.
