hopper will not take honey bottle.

I am trying to make an automatic honey farm. For the most part everything works except the hoppers will not take any honey bottles from the dispensers. This is also happening with a hopper minecart not taking honey bottles from a hopper.

Hopefully it helps if I say that going to and from a chest is working properly.
