Not getting an achievement that I have worked so hard to get.

I have worked so hard to get the achievement "The Beaconator" and I finally got enough materials to do it but the game won't give me the achievement. I have watched countless YouTube videos on how to get it all they all say the same thing and I do exactly what they tell and show so now I don't know what to do and this is like my last achievement in the game so I really wanted it and I have proof I guess becases I can probably take a video. I don't know if you guys can like give me the achievement if I show proof or what you guys can do.
