No Sound in Minecraft Bedrock Edition -App apears in Mixer and is not muted

Hi Team, i don't have sound at all in the Bedrock edition. The Application appears in the Sound Mixer and is not muted or reduced in volume, so it is not like MCPE-46604 . I tryed very much and I have no idea anymore except to create a ticket here.

So far i tryed the same steps as in MCPE-48949 . I use win 10 Pro not the N version and have installed the Media-Package. EVERY other programm i use does not have that problem. It is realy annoiyng and a game breaker. i will Try to add the dxdiag output.

I hoped its a layer 8 problem, maybe not so here is my ticket for you.
