Player two animation randomly stops working in splitscreen

During splitscreen,the second player's animations randomly stop working and their skin freezes,but they can still move around and interact. It seems to temporarily fix it when I switch over to view screenshots on the Xbox One and then switch back to Minecraft, but it only fixes the animation for a short time before it bugs again.
