Baby piglins don't try to steal items from players

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run /summon minecraft:piglin ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ spawn_baby
2. Give the summoned baby piglin any non-golden item

Observed result:
The baby piglin doesn't try to steal the item from the player.

Expected result:
The baby piglin steals the item from the player, like in Java Edition.
