Riptide Trident doesn't work reliably in many circumstances.

When using a Riptide III (3) Trident in the rain, I don't often get launched by the trident. This also happened to another user when attempting to use a Riptide Trident in a cauldron. The Riptide Tridents seem to only work reliably in full bodies of water, like a river, pond, or ocean.
