Crashes when loading up servers.

Hello, my name is Kiran, and I have been playing Minecraft for a long time... I've recently been playing on my iPad Mini 2 and I've seen some issues that occur on older devices. The first issue I'm talking about is whenever I load onto a server, any server, after a while, it freezes and then crashes... That is if it even loads before it crashes. I have also noticed my worlds crash on my device. I open up the world, and then it crashes. The worlds with larger file sizes crash. I have a newer iPhone with the same amount of storage as my iPad, but I don't have any problems with my phone....

I would REALLY appreciate if this was fixed.
