Hotbar bug

My accounts hotbar is filled with hives in most the slots and I can't move them out of it or it won't let me clear hotbar please fix it when me and my sisters play we are always fighting on who is on the bottom screen because it doesn't have it please fix it and this is my third time reporting please😭
