When I try to go into the nether my game crashes and sometimes I die

The nether is a wonderful place since the start of the beta in 1.16 but the problem is I just can’t go there on my survival world. Every time I try and go there my game either crashes or I find out I die. Please Mojang can you gix this bug some of my friends are experiencing this problem too.
