Black Sky in RTX but not in refractions

After loading my game, sky appears black when seen directly, but looks okay in refractions (glass)

(see screenshot attached where left is direct view, right is through glass)

Relaunching the game does not solve the problem

Nvidia Driver 445.87 on RTX 2060 SUPER
