My villagers are dissapearing even named ones

My villagers are always despawning even if i named them with a nametag so i have a place where i keep my villagers and it is completely safe from zombies and they have work stations and enough beds and all the villagers are named but they keep dissapearing i don't know what to do . And also the minecarts despawn sometimes please fix this asap
