Issues with Joining Win10 hosted server

Hi there,

I am hosting a dedicated server (1.14.60.5) on a Win10 machine. I can connect to it on another Win10 Machine using LAN and also on an android tablet using LAN. However, when I switch the tablet to a 4G Hotspot connection I cannot access the server. I can ping my public IP Address when on the 4G Connection so it can see the outside world.

I also had a friend try and join from her iPad and got the same error as I did, which was:  unable to connect to world.
