Local Multiplayer has weird effects.

While playing local multiplayer with some family, the models were appearing very strangly on each other's screens. Arms didn't move on the player's screen or the observer's. Player's walking animation didn't apear on the observers, they just seemed to glide across the floor. On one instance, the observer didn't see the players eyes or it's animation.
