Holding Shift+ Jumping Building in front of you makes you build up to 10 blocks high

When holding shift+jump and stacking right in front of your player, it makes you build up to 10 blocks high.

 

In the video attached, I show that shift+jumping and at the end just jumping doesn't cause such block placement.
