Very Few New Entity Assets Loading

Most of the new things in the beta don't show up for me, this includes

• New Mobs
• Netherite and Gold Armor
• The Player (Myself and others)
  *My Hand

This really takes away from the beta experience I've had before, I really cant see anything but the new blocks and plants. I'd love it if this could be fixed soon, thanks!
