Minecraft will not connect keeps syncing user data

Ok so I just updated when the new update got released I went to open it today and I keep getting the syncing user data then it will load for a long time then if I press cancel nothing happens just the background nothing else and the beta Text I can’t play Minecraft any more please fix this immediately please 🥺
