I cant leave the minecraft windows 10 beta.

I can't exit minecraft beta or update it.  It says I've unenrolled, but then nothing changes.  I'm stuck on the beta.  To change this I decided to update it to the rtx ray tracing beta and it said it updated but nothing happened.  I've also uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft multiple times.  I can't leave.
