When I go in creative place wood then go in survival it is invisible.

When I go in creative, and place something crafted from wood, It is invisible in survival mode when I switch (with PocketInvEditor.) The text on signs is still available, but the sign itself is invisible. It gets really annoying when trying to make scavenger hunts with signs and chests, since you can't see them.
