Gold ore smelting

Placing Gold Ore in a furnace with coal for fuel no longer activates the furnace to smelt the ore into gold ingots.

(Note: this screenshot was taken after smelting some iron ore. The arrow didn't indicate any progress smelting the gold ore when it was placed in the furnace.)
