MCPE-70379

In Some of my block spaces observer blocks stay powered no matter what I do I try to break and replace the observer and it instantly stays powered yet again I have tried exiting and entering again but still no luck with select observer block spaces.

Observer block staying powered (breaking and replacing does not fix issue within surtían block spaces.
