Dinosaur Age World Wont load add-ons

I just purchased Dinosaur Age and the dinosaurs are not on the world, I seen this issue has been talked about here and on reddit, but I havent found any answers. Could someone please help me out, so I could decide if I need to try to seek a refund. THANK YOU!
