when i kill pillager leaders who wander around, sometimes i dont get the bad omen affect, typically when i am in an area they spawn in often.

Whenever I am building in the savanna, pillager wanderer groups will spawn, and I will kill them and expect to get the bad omen effect, but often i don't get it or it expires sooner than it should.
