Problems with realm

I bought a Minecraft realm for 30 days,and when I tried to create the realm it showed that one error happened and that I had to try again later,I tried it almost daily for a week or so and I don’t want to loose my money (I am not sure if this report fits here,please tell me if I am wrong)
