Fire no longer spreads, destroys flammable blocks nor gets extinguished by rain.

Fire doesn't spread, consume flammable blocks nor disappear with rain as for the newest beta. This bug may have remained unnoticed since it's most easily seen in the Overworld with thunderstorms and, as we all know, this beta is mostly (if not totally) centered around the Nether Update.
