Fortune 3 pickaxe

In the minecraft 1.16.0.5 beta ive found a bug where the fortune 3 pickaxe does not work as it should, tested it on 5 diamond ores and got 5 diamonds and thought i was just having bad luck then tested it on 64 coal ore i had and got 64 coal
